What We Did

Trulers started with a simple but ingenious product: an adhesive tape measure designed for precision marking in a variety of trades. As their product line expanded to include different sizes, shapes, materials, and magnetic versions, they needed an eCommerce site that could grow with them—while still making it easy for customers to shop and buy.

They originally built their website on Squarespace, but it wasn’t converting. Sales were stagnant, the design lacked visual impact, and the platform couldn’t support their evolving needs. That’s when they came to DSD looking for a better solution—and fast.

We rebuilt their entire site using WordPress and WooCommerce, with a focus on performance, product organization, and conversion optimization. The site features product categories, filters, and dynamic displays that help customers quickly find the right solution for their needs.

On the backend, we integrated tools like Mailchimp for email marketing, social feeds for Instagram and Facebook, and a social proof plugin that shows real-time purchase popups to build trust. We also implemented an abandoned cart recovery system that automatically emails visitors who leave products in their cart—helping increase conversions and revenue.

The result is a professional, scalable WooCommerce site that supports both Trulers’ product growth and their marketing goals—all while delivering a smooth customer experience and real sales results.
